Please see below for a message from the Royals on proving vaccination status prior to the start of curling next month. Note: you can go to the club in person during the dates and times listed, or send your proof by email.
We should have many more details to share later this week or early next week on start dates, draw times, a beginners’ clinic and league information. Thank you so much for your continued patience.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you!

Subject: Proof of vaccination
Dear Royals Members,
As mandated by the Government of Ontario, all participants at the Royals must provide proof of vaccination to enter the building to curl or hang out in the lounge.
We are asking that every curling member come to the club in person on or before November 5th, with their vaccination receipt and a piece of government-issued id. When you drop by we will check your documents to confirm you’ve been vaccinated. This will make it easier than trying to check everyone in on their first night of curling.
Should you not be able to make it down to the club, you may email your receipt to manager@royalcanadiancurling.com. The club is not keeping these on file and the receipt will be deleted once checked.
There will be numerous opportunities for members to drop by, including weekdays, weeknights and weekends. Hours of access will also be posted on the home page of the website. You will also have the opportunity to access your locker if needed.
Please note the dates and times you may drop in over the next couple weeks :
Thursday, October 14 – 2pm to 8pm
Friday, October 15 – 9am to 2pm
Saturday, October 16 – 10am to 1pm
Sunday October 17 – 10am to 1pm
Monday, October 18 – 12pm to 8pm
Tuesday, October 19 – 9am to 2pm
Wednesday, October 20 – 9am to 2pm
Thursday, October 21 – 12pm to 6pm
More times will be added in the coming weeks.
